Ingredients
- 200 g mixed salad leaves (e.g., frisée, field lettuce, Lollo Rosso, oak leaf lettuce)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 slice thick cooked ham
- 100 g Bergkäse cheese (sliced)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp germination oil
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 hard‑boiled eggs
Instructions

Clean the salad leaves, separate into individual leaves, wash, dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the bell peppers, remove seeds and white membranes, and dice them.

Wash the tomatoes and slice them into wedges.

Dice the ham.

Slice the cheese into wide strips.

Peel the eggs and slice them.

Whisk mustard with salt, pepper, and vinegar, then whisk in the oil until emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning.
