Ingredients
- 500 g fresh spinach leaves
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Ajvar

Wash, rinse, and dry the spinach leaves; set aside a few for garnish and finely chop the rest. Peel and press the garlic cloves, then mix with yogurt and cream. Stir in the chopped spinach and season the soup with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Serve in bowls, garnished with spinach leaves and ajvar.
