Cold Cucumber Yogurt Salad with Dill

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 small onion
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp instant broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • fresh dill

Instructions

    Peel the cucumber, cut into strips lengthwise, and loosely distribute onto four bowls. Place in the freezer for a few minutes (about 30).

    Meanwhile, roughly chop the onion and combine with yogurt and cream in a blender. Blend until smooth and season with broth, salt, and pepper. Wash the dill and tear into smaller pieces.

    Remove the cucumbers from the freezer, pour the yogurt sauce over them, garnish with dill, and serve.
