Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 0.75 l meat broth (from the jar)
- 0.125 l white wine
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 slices toast bread
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- fresh mint

Halve the avocado, remove the pits, cut the flesh into pieces, set aside some for garnish and drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice; blend the rest with white wine and lemon juice in a blender.

Slice the mint into strips. Dice the bread and toast it in a pan with oil. Garnish with remaining avocado slices, mint, and toasted bread.
