Ingredients
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 200 g milk
- 200 ml freshly brewed coffee
- 2 egg yolks
- 40 ml whisky
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar and rum over a hot water bath until white and creamy. Remove from heat.

Heat the milk and add it to the hot coffee. Constantly stir in the egg mixture while whisking, then pour into two glasses.
