Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (≈200 g)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 100 g butter
- 100 ml White wine
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp parsley

Drizzle cod fillets with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Grease a baking dish with half the butter and pour in half the white wine. Place cod fillets, cover with foil, and bake at 200°C (medium) for 10-12 minutes.

In a wide pot combine remaining butter, remaining white wine, and mustard; heat briefly. Arrange fish on warmed plates, spoon mustard butter over it, and sprinkle with parsley.
