Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g honey
  • 1 split vanilla bean (split vanilla bean)
  • 125 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g buckwheat flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 20 ml rum

Instructions

    Melt the butter with honey, vanilla bean, 80 g coconut flakes, buckwheat flour and rum; mix well and refrigerate until firm.

    Using cold hands form small balls, roll them in remaining coconut flakes, place in praline wrappers, and keep cool.
