- 3 egg whites
- 280 g sugar
- 350 g coconut flakes
- 0.5 orange (zest)
- dark couverture chocolate

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar while whisking until glossy and firm peaks appear.

Gently fold in the coconut flakes and orange zest with a spoon.

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Using two spoons, drop cherry-sized mounds of batter onto parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes; allow to cool on wire racks. Optionally drizzle small dots of melted couverture chocolate on top.
