Ingredients
- 0.25 baby pineapple
- 2 lime slices
- 1 sprig mint
- Ice cubes
- 100 ml white rum
- 80 ml coconut liqueur
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 4 cocktail cherries

Set aside the pineapple leaves for garnish. Slice the pineapple into rounds. Halve the lime slices. Rinse the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

Fill glasses about one-third with ice cubes. Shake the rum with the liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, and coconut milk in a large shaker with two handfuls of ice. Strain through a bar strainer into the glasses.

Serve garnished with prepared fruits: one cocktail cherry, mint sprigs, and pineapple leaves per glass.
