- 1 bunch radishes
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Basil

Wash, peel, and trim the bottom 2 cm of the asparagus. Slice into rounds. Wash, clean, and slice the radishes.

Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the asparagus slices. Deglaze with broth, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the asparagus is tender. Add the radishes and let them warm briefly. Serve in bowls and garnish generously with watercress.
