Ingredients
- 150 g waxy potatoes
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g kohlrabi
- 150 g green peas
- 150 g cauliflower florets
- 150 g celery stalks
- 1.2 l Vegetable broth
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 2 sprigs lovage

Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces; grate carrots coarsely and slice kohlrabi into sticks. Clean, rinse, and chop cauliflower into small florets. Wash celery and slice into thin strips.

Bring broth to a boil in a pot, add the vegetables, and simmer for 10–15 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, tasting as you go. Wash, dry, and finely chop parsley and lovage; stir them into the soup. Divide into bowls and serve.
