Ingredients
- 2 tsp softened butter
- 500 g apricots
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 80 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g quark (20% fat)
- 75 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Grease a round baking dish.

Wash apricots, halve them, remove pits and place cut side up in the dish.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add flour, salt, baking powder, quark and milk to the egg mixture and stir well. Spread over the apricots and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 35 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with pistachios, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
