Ingredients

  • 3 Grapefruits
  • 5 Oranges
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 300 ml light beer
  • 40 g pine nuts

    Squeeze juice from each grapefruit and orange, stir with the beer, add cinnamon, bring to a boil and reduce by about one third, finally stir in the honey and let cool.

    Peel remaining grapefruits and oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Cut fruit fillets from the segments and catch the released orange juice. Squeeze juice from the leftover orange parts. Mix everything with the beer syrup, pour into glasses, and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
