Ingredients
- 1 tsp Stevia sweetener (+ extra for dusting)
- 0.5 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 80 g spelt whole‑grain flour (+ extra for rolling out)
- 20 g ground hazelnuts
- 4 drops rum flavor
- 2 tbsp milk
- 35 g Butter

Combine stevia, lemon zest, cinnamon, flour and nuts in a bowl. Add rum flavor, milk and butter; mix and knead with hands into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan‑forced and line baking trays with parchment paper.

Roll out portions of dough on a floured surface to about 0.5 cm thickness. Cut star shapes with cutters and place on the trays. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C (fan: 180 °C; gas: level 3) for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar.

Store the cookies in an airtight container (e.g., a cookie tin) for several months.
