Ingredients

  • 2 carp fillets (ready-to-cook about 400 g)
  • 4 onions
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

    Preheat the oven to 180°C with fan and top heat.

    Wash the fish fillets, pat them dry and cut each in half. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Sauté the onions and mushrooms together in 2 tbsp hot butter for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with white wine. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place them on top of the mushroom-onion mixture. Melt the remaining butter, stir in 1 tbsp parsley and drizzle over the fish. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and serve sprinkled with the remaining parsley.
