Christmas Almond Cake

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 275 g butter
- 275 g sugar
- 380 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g dark milk chocolate
- 75 g bittersweet chocolate
- 80 ml whipping cream
- 300 g orange marmalade
- 400 g almond paste
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur
- baking paper (for the pan)
Instructions

Separate the eggs; beat the whites with salt until stiff peaks form. Beat the butter, sugar and yolks until fluffy. Fold in the egg whites, sift together the flour and baking powder over the mixture, then gently fold everything together.

Transfer the batter to a pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C (or 180°C fan) for about 40 minutes. Check doneness with a skewer. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
