Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

Ingredients
- 140 g softened butter
- 100 g raw cane sugar
- 50 g powdered raw cane sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 350 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 100 g chopped hazelnuts
- 200 g chocolate drops (from dark chocolate)

Cream the butter with raw cane sugar and powdered sugar. Beat in the eggs. Mix spelt flour with baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; fold into the butter mixture. Finally stir in hazelnuts and chocolate drops.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet, spacing them apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan or gas: level 2–3) for about 15–17 minutes.
