The healthy chocolate-coconut drink with date skewer from Spoonsparrow tastes better than any candy.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 130 g dried dates (16 dried dates)
- 1 Lime
- 800 ml Coconut drink
- 15 g Cocoa powder (2 tbsp; heavily defatted)

Peel the banana and chop it into small pieces. Chop 4 dates finely, and leave the remaining dates on 4 skewers for decoration.

Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.

Place the banana, chopped dates, lime juice, coconut drink, and cocoa powder in a blender and puree finely.

Pour the drink into 4 glasses and decorate them decoratively with the date skewers.
