Ingredients

  • 200 g dark couverture chocolate
  • 50 g whipping cream
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • Kokossirup (or similar)
  • Shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

    Break up the couverture chocolate and melt it over a bain-marie.

  2. 2.

    Whisk in the cream and shredded coconut, then shape into balls.

  3. 3.

    Dip the balls in coconut syrup and roll them in shredded coconut.
