Ingredients
- 400 g grated farmer cheese (mountain cheese)
- 400 g tapioca flour (manioc)
- 5 tbsp soft butter
- 3 eggs (lightly whisked)
- 0.5 tbsp baking powder

Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Shape about 40 small rolls, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 15 minutes until light brown.
