Spoonsparrow Chinese Hot Pot: The Asian classic is simple to prepare, consistently delicious, and provides plenty of nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 l vegetable broth
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bunches spring onions
  • 1 leek
  • 200 g bean sprouts
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g pak choi
  • 400 g beef fillet (sliced very thin)
  • light soy sauce
  • 1 ginger (grated)

Instructions

    Peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Wash the spring onions and leek, then cut into rings. Clean the mushrooms and slice them; wash the pak choi and remove the tough stem.

    Arrange the bean sprouts with the other vegetables on plates. Bring the broth to a boil and serve in a fondue pot. Add grated ginger and light soy sauce as condiments.
