Chili Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 taco shells
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 50 g grated hard cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash chicken breasts, pat dry and dice.

    Wash spring onions, trim and slice into rings.

  3. 3.

    Peel carrot and grate finely.

  4. 4.

    Wash lettuce and cut into thin strips.

  5. 5.

    Sauté diced chicken in hot oil until golden brown, add spring onions and cook briefly. Then add chili sauce and a splash of water. Simmer for about 2 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, then fill tacos. Sprinkle with carrot, lettuce and cheese before serving.
