Ingredients
- 1 l strong poultry broth
- 2 EL hoisin sauce
- 4 EL soy sauce
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g white cabbage leaf
- 300 g ramen noodles
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- sprouts
- spring onion green
Instructions

Bring the broth with the Hoisin sauce and 3-4 EL soy sauce to a boil in a pot.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Wash, trim and slice the cabbage into wide strips.

Add the noodles to the broth and cook with the cabbage for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add the chicken to the soup. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Peel the eggs, quarter them and place in four bowls. Season the soup and pour into the bowls. Serve garnished with sprouts and spring onion green.
