Ingredients
- 150 g lettuce
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pack tortilla chips (ready-made)
Instructions

Wash, rinse, and pat dry the salad leaves, then cut into strips.

Wash, clean, halve, pit, and dice the tomatoes.

Drain the beans in a sieve, rinse with cold water, and let them drain.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry each side for about 5 minutes in 1 tbsp oil. Remove, let cool slightly, and cube.

Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and remaining olive oil; combine with salad ingredients. Add tortilla chips.
