Ingredients

  • 2 small kohlrabi
  • 250 g carrots
  • 4 chicken breast fillets (ready to cook, skinless, 140 g each)
  • 200 g shell pasta
  • 1 l chicken broth
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • 1 untreated lemon (sliced)
  • 0.5 bunch chervil
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash and trim the vegetables, then cut them into small pieces. Pat the chicken breast fillets dry and cut them into bite‑size chunks.

    Add the kohlrabi, carrots and pasta to the boiling broth with thyme and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the peas, chicken meat and lemon slices and continue simmering for another 8 minutes.

    Wash the chervil and parsley, shake off excess water, finely chop and stir in. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve arranged on small bowls.
