Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • Pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Wash chicken breasts, pat dry and season with pepper. Place a sprig of rosemary on each and wrap in 2-3 slices of bacon. Arrange in a heatproof dish (seam side down) and brush with olive oil.

    Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) under/overheat for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with corn on the cob and BBQ sauce as desired.
