Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 handful English mint
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • curry powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

    Pat the chicken fillets dry with vinegar and cut into bite-sized strips. Wash the tomatoes, slice them and remove the seeds. Wash the bell pepper, deseed it and slice it. Peel the onions, halve them and finely slice them as well. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear it in a pan with oil until crisp.

    Add the onion and cook until golden yellow. Pour honey over the chicken and season with curry to taste. Add the vegetables and stir briefly in the pan. Cut some mint into fine strips. Serve the chicken curry in a preheated bowl and garnish with mint leaves and strips.
