Chicken and Tomato Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • Salt
  • crushed chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 80 g breakfast bacon (8 slices)
  • 8 tortilla sheets
  • 100 g Sour cream

Instructions

    Wash and dry thyme and rosemary, shake off excess moisture, remove small leaflets and chop. Rinse chicken fillet under cold water, pat dry, and season with salt, chili flakes, and herbs.

    Heat oil in a pan. Cook the chicken fillet over medium heat for about 8 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Reduce heat and let the meat cook for another 5 minutes. Remove, allow to cool slightly, then slice into strips.

    Meanwhile wash tomatoes, remove stems, and slice them. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry.

    Cook bacon in a pan until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

    Warm tortilla sheets according to package instructions. Lay lettuce leaves on each sheet. Distribute tomato slices, chicken strips, and bacon in the center, drizzle with sour cream, roll up, and serve!
