Ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate cookie
  • 150 g butter
  • 8 sheets white gelatin
  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 ml Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 g cookie

    Fill a freezer bag with cookies and crush them finely with a rolling pin. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs. Press the mixture into a springform pan, firming the edges and bottom. Place the base in the refrigerator.

    Soak gelatin in cold water. Beat cream cheese with lemon zest, lemon juice, and sugar. Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Melt the gelatin gently in a small pot until liquid. Stir some cream cheese mixture into the gelatin, then fold the gelatin into the batter. Spread about half of the batter over the cookie base. Place Oreo cookies on top and spread the remaining batter over them. Chill the cheesecake for about 4 hours.
