- 2 tsp lime zest
- 500 ml champagne
- 1 tbsp cilantro leaves

Whisk lime juice, zest, cilantro, and champagne together; pour into a shallow dish and freeze. Every half hour during the first period scrape frozen portions with a spoon and mix with liquid parts until all is granulated frozen.
