- 1 Lime (juice)
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 red chili pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves

Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix with lime juice and cover in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to marinate.

Wash, trim, and slice the celery into strips. Wash, trim, and slice the chili pepper into rings. Sauté together with 2 tbsp hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and deglaze with a little water. Steam gently for about 5 minutes. Let cool, then combine with the remaining oil, coriander, and fish. Adjust seasoning with salt and serve.
