- 500 g Cavatellucci pasta
- Salad
- 1 handful basil
- 60 g pine nuts
- 120 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g butter
- pepper (ground)
- 50 g grated Parmesan

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, wash and dry the basil, then finely chop the leaves. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Quickly sauté the tomatoes, then add the cooked pasta directly from the pot. Add the basil and cook for 2–3 minutes until all liquid has evaporated, seasoning with salt and pepper. Plate and sprinkle with pine nuts and Parmesan.
