Cauliflower in Curry Sauce

Try cauliflower in curry sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg cauliflower (1 head)
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dried chili pepper
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch garam masala
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Wash and trim the cauliflower, cut into florets and drain.

  2. 2.

    Wash and trim the spring onions. Slice the white parts into strips and cut the green parts into rings; set aside one-third of the greens.

    Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry the cauliflower over high heat for 2–3 minutes. Add the spring onions and chili pepper and cook briefly.

    Pour in the broth, season with turmeric and garam masala, and simmer over low heat for 8–10 minutes. Season with sea salt and sprinkle with remaining spring onion greens.
