Ingredients
- 500 g carrots
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- fresh parsley (for garnish)

Peel the carrots and onion. Slice the carrots into thin rounds and dice the onion finely. Heat the butter in a pan. First add the onion and sauté until translucent, then stir in the carrots. Cover the pan and steam the vegetables for 5–7 minutes until tender yet firm.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve the carrot vegetable garnished with parsley.
