Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Couscous
  • 20 g Sesame seeds (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Peel and slice the carrots. Mix coconut milk with warm chicken broth and season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Rinse turkey breast fillet under cold water, pat dry, and cut into strips.

    Peel garlic and onion and dice finely. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion over medium heat until translucent. Add carrots and cook for about 2 minutes. Add turkey and fry for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
