Ingredients
- 5 carrots
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- 0.5 tbsp whole-grain sugar
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 2 stalks Parsley
Instructions

Clean, peel, and slice or cut carrots into sticks. Briefly sauté in hot butter over medium heat, seasoning with pepper, salt, and sugar. Mix well or separate, then lightly caramelize. Add broth and refine with lemon juice. Cover and steam on low heat for 4–5 minutes.

Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves, and cut into fine strips.

If necessary, let the liquid evaporate over carrots, sprinkle with parsley, taste, and serve.
