Ingredients
- 500 g ravioli (vegetarian filling from the fridge)
- Salt
- 1 bundle sage
- 500 g carrots
- 125 g butter
- Pepper
- 50 g Parmesan (freshly grated)
Instructions

Wash, peel and cut the carrots into diagonal thin slices.

Rinse the sage, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Boil the ravioli in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

Melt butter in a large pan and steam the carrot slices covered for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the sage.

Drain the ravioli, let them drip off and gently mix with the buttery carrots. Arrange on preheated plates, grind pepper over and sprinkle with parmesan.
