Ingredients

  • 1 melon (e.g., Cantaloupe)
  • 1 nashi pear
  • 150 g Bresaola (sliced)
  • 40 g caper berries
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • mint for garnish

Instructions

    Halve the melon, remove seeds, cut into wide strips, peel off the rind and slice the strips into thin pieces. Peel the pear and slice finely (seeded if desired). Arrange the melon, Bresaola and caper berries on plates.

    Whisk lemon juice with honey and oil and drizzle over the carpaccio.

    Serve garnished with mint.
