A Caribbean-style Bircher muesli is even soothing for irritable bowel syndrome patients. The breakfast classic in a new look is vegan and shines with delicious pineapple.

Ingredients
- 90 g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 270 g pineapple (¼ pineapple)
- 25 g hazelnuts (2 tbsp)
- 60 g coconut drink
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions

Combine oats and flaxseed with 250 ml water, cover and refrigerate overnight to soak.

Peel and core the pineapple, then cut into very fine strips or grate. Chop the hazelnuts and add about half of them together with the pineapple pieces and coconut drink to the soaked oats.

Distribute the Bircher muesli onto two bowls, garnish with the remaining nuts and shredded coconut, and serve.
