- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 800 ml broth
- 300 g Camembert cheese
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- thyme (for garnish)

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic, then sauté them in hot butter until translucent. Sprinkle with flour, pour in wine and broth, cover, and let simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and blend smoothly. Add diced cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with thyme, and serve.
