Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 500 g Camembert
- 1 egg (size M)
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 40 g cold butter
- 6 tbsp lingonberry jam
- a little oil
Instructions

Slice the baguette and toast to preference, then place on a platter.

Cut the Camembert into approximately 1 cm thick slices and arrange them.

Whisk the egg with the cream and mix in the breadcrumbs. Set aside in small bowls.

Divide the butter into small pieces and arrange on separate plates. Place lingonberry jam and oil in their own bowls.

Spread a little oil in a raclette pan. Place cheese slices, cover with breadcrumb mixture, top with butter flakes, and cook in a preheated raclette device until golden brown.

Serve with crisp baguette and lingonberry jam.
