- 100 g flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 0.125 l wine
- Salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 Egg white

Cut the squid into rings. Dip them in a batter made from flour, egg yolk, 0.125 l wine, salt, oil and whipped egg white, then fry in hot fat until golden brown.
