  • 600 g squid tubes
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0.125 l wine
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 Egg white
  • fat (for frying)

    Cut the squid into rings. Dip them in a batter made from flour, egg yolk, 0.125 l wine, salt, oil and whipped egg white, then fry in hot fat until golden brown.
