Cabbage-Carrot Cocktail: Super quick, super simple and super tasty. Almost zero calories, almost no fat, but loads of vitamins: This is what a slim cocktail looks like!

Ingredients

  • 1 stalk flat-leaf parsley
  • 100 ml white cabbage juice
  • 100 ml carrot juice
  • 50 ml beetroot juice
  • 0.5 tsp rapeseed oil
  • Ice cubes

    Wash the parsley and pat it dry.

    Shake the white cabbage, carrot, and beetroot juices with oil and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker (or a glass with a screw cap) vigorously. Pour into a long drink glass and garnish with parsley.
