Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp lard
- 250 g buckwheat groats
- 1 l broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bunch mixed soup vegetables
- 150 g dried plums
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 150 g cooked duck meat
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions

Peel and dice the onions. Heat the lard in a pot and sauté the onions until translucent.

Add the buckwheat groats and cook for a few minutes, then pour in the broth, add the bay leaf, cover, and simmer for about 40 minutes.

Clean, wash, and chop the mixed soup vegetables; after 20 minutes of cooking, add them along with the dried plums to the pot. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and vinegar.

Add the cooked duck meat to the soup and warm it through briefly. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, chop, and sprinkle over the soup.
