Ingredients
- 4 thin veal schnitzels (about 160 g each)
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Lightly pound the meat between two sheets of cling film.

Place flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs on a plate.

Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper; first dredge them in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat 2 Tbsp oil in each of two pans and fry the schnitzels for about 2 min per side until golden brown.

Turn the schnitzels, add 1 Tbsp butter to each pan, and finish cooking for another 2 min. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a potato‑cucumber salad, for example.
