- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 100 g flour
- 1 large egg
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- oil (for deep frying)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- ketchup

Wash the chicken, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, coat in flour, dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Press firmly and fry portions in hot oil until golden yellow; drain on kitchen paper.
