Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillets (4 chicken breast fillets)
- 2 Eggs
- flour
- bread crumbs
- butter fat for frying (Buttaris)
- 4 limes
- 3 chili peppers
- Salt
- ground pepper

Cut the chicken breast fillets into smaller cutlets with a sharp knife. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken cutlets first in flour, then in egg, and finally in bread crumbs (press them on well).

Heat plenty of butter fat (Buttaris) in a deep fryer or a tall pan to 180 °C and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper.
