Ingredients
- 200 g frozen green soybeans
- Salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 400 g cream cheese
- a splash of lemon juice
- pepper (ground)
- 4 slices white bread
- 8 slices sausages (e.g., Lyoner)
- freshly grated Parmesan
- thyme
Instructions

Cook the beans in salted water for about 10 minutes. Shock and drain. Roughly chop with peeled garlic using a food processor. Mix in parmesan and 2 tbsp cream cheese, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread on (toasted to preference) bread slices.

Whisk remaining cream cheese until smooth and fill a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe onto sausage slices, roll up, and place on the bread slices.
