Ingredients

  • 500 g Blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pollen
  • 0.5 packet vanilla sugar
  • 700 ml ice‑cold milk
  • 4 tbsp quark
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

    Rinse the blueberries, wash them and pat dry with kitchen paper.

    Blend the lemon juice, powdered sugar, chia seeds, pollen and vanilla sugar in a blender. Then add milk, quark and the ice cream until the smoothie is creamy.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
