Black Pasta with Yellow Cherry Tomatoes for the Thermomix®
Black pasta with yellow cherry tomatoes for the Thermomix by Spoonsparrow: super tasty and also quick to make.
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 400 g yellow cherry tomatoes
- 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g black band pasta (refrigerated section)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 10 g basil (0.5 bunch)
Instructions

Add water, salt and 1 tbsp oil to the mixing bowl and bring to a boil for about 12 minutes at 100°C on level 1.

Then add the black band pasta to the mixing bowl and cook according to package instructions at 90–100°C on left-hand rotation on level 1.

Drain the pasta into the Varoma container.

While the pasta cooks, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash and halve the tomatoes.

Heat butter and remaining olive oil in a large pan. Sauté onions and garlic over medium heat until translucent, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and cook at low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Wash basil, shake dry, and pluck leaves. Distribute pasta onto four plates and sprinkle with basil.
